This has got to be one of the worst injury you've ever. According to MTO, the man fell from his window, and landed on a metal rod. Thankfully doctors were able to remove the pole and the man survived. He is expected to make a full recovery. But you won't believe the rod would perfectly pierced though his balls like this...
